The TaxAct program has you report Form 1099-B as a part of the interview process, and transfers the information to Schedule D and/or Form 8949. Your return that is sent to the IRS does not include your Form(s) 1099-B, but the information is still reported to the IRS on Schedule D and/or Form 8949.
