If the direct deposit information is not appearing on the printed copy of your federal return, the issue may be that Check was selected on the screen titled E-Filing - Federal Refund Options within the e-file steps. Go back to this screen within the filing steps and select Direct Deposit instead, then reprint the return and the information should appear.
