Donation Assistant Not Printing

If, after you have printed your tax return, the donations entered into the Donation Assistant do not print, please follow these steps.
  1. From within your TaxACT return (Online or Desktop), click on the Federal Q&A tab
  2. Click Itemized or Standard Deductions to expand the category and then click Charitable contributions
  3. Continue until you reach the screen titled Itemized Deductions – Noncash Contributions and click Yes to review your noncash contributions
  4. On the screen titled Itemized Deductions - Noncash Contribution Entry click Donation Assistant
  5. Click Print Summary

You can save a copy of the donation assistant information by clicking the Print link and either saving it as a PDF or just printing a hardcopy.
