Answering questions about tax laws and how they apply to individual filing situations.
Troubleshooting questions related to credits, deductions, tax rates, and other tax topics.
Reviewing returns for completeness and helping customers successfully file their returns.
Providing timely, accurate guidance throughout the filing experience.
Helping customers accurately enter tax information into TaxAct.

Our Full Service Xpert role allows you to do just that. You'll prepare and file tax returns on behalf of customers, delivering a personalized, end-to-end tax preparation experience while making tax season easier for those who need it most.
