Image Use Agreement

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, recognized members of the media and industry analysts may use the images TaxAct makes available via its TaxAct Image Gallery for editorial purposes only. Those wishing to use our images for other purposes other than what has been described, must obtain written consent from an authorized executive employed at TaxAct.

The right to use TaxAct images is exclusive and is non-transferable by you or your publication to another party.

The images within this section cannot be used to promote any product or technology.

You may not alter, or modify any image, in whole or in part, for any reason.

TaxAct is and shall remain the sole and exclusive owner of its images (logos, box shots, screen shots and other applicable electronic images). You will not delete, alter or obfuscate any proprietary legends relating to the image, and each use will be accompanied by the applicable proprietary attribution shown next to the image. Images supplied by TaxAct are provided on an "as is" basis, without warranty of any kind, including non-infringement or ownership. You, not TaxAct, are responsible for your use of the images that are provided within the TaxAct Image Gallery. Any misuse of images or breach of this Agreement will cause TaxAct irreparable harm. TaxAct is a Registered trademark ®, owned by TaxAct, Inc.
