Reminders

  • You must provide the security answer exactly as it was entered when you created the account. (Example: if you spell out "Street" in your answer, the abbreviation "St" will not be accepted.)
  • Double check that you're using the correct username. Mistyping usernames is a common mistake. 

If you cannot answer the security question being presented, you can refresh the screen to get a new security question. 

Note. TaxAct Support representatives do not have access to your security question answers or password, nor do they have access to reset your password.
