The IRS has announced that this year's individual tax filing season begins January 24, 2023 with returns due April 18, 2023. More information can be found on the Internal Revenue Service website.

The IRS accepts returns on a first-come, first-served basis. Because of this, we strive to have our product ready in time for you to be first in line!

Our Federal TaxAct editions release in early January. You can prepare and submit your return so that it is ready to go when the IRS opens its filing season.
