To start a new return, sign in to your TaxAct account, click Add a 2018 Online Return, and then click Start For Free under the program you wish to use.
Another way to add a return is to click the My Taxes tile on your account management page, then click Add a 2018 Return, and then click Start For Free under the program you wish to use.
