To start a new return, sign in to your TaxAct account, click Add 2016 Online Return, and click Start For Free under the program you wish to use.
You can also add a return by clicking the My Taxes tile in the bottom left corner of your account management page, clicking Add a 2016 Return, and clicking Start For Free under the program you wish to use.
