We offer the TaxACT Consumer 1040 program, the Consumer Business programs (1120, 1120S and 1065), and the Estates and Trusts (1041) program in two different formats. We offer TaxACT Online (Over the Web) and TaxACT Desktop (Download/CD-ROM). We have provided information regarding the format differences and the programs available for each below.

TaxACT Online (Over the Web)

The TaxACT Online (Over the Web) format is intended to be used for one taxpayer's return. Each taxpayer needs to create a unique Username and Password. The account is accessed by choosing to sign in on our website. When using TaxACT Online, you are charged for the use of the product you have selected to use. You will be charged for the product at the time you choose to print, view a PDF copy of the return, electronically file the return(s) or receive technical or taxpayer support via the phone. There is not an additional fee to print or e-file the return.
