While TaxAct Professional may run on systems not meeting these standards, system performance will be sub-optimal.
File share and sync services (such as OneDrive and Dropbox) are not supported for data storage, backup, or sharing purposes.
We recommend having your IT resource ensure all systems you’re using are properly installed and mapped to the correct drives for all users for proper functionality prior to contacting TaxAct Support.
Microsoft no longer provide security updates or support for PCs running Windows 8.1. For the best experience and security of your data, you will need to update your system to Windows 10 or 11.
