As a tax preparer, you can pay for electronic filing on a ‘pay-as-you-go’ basis, or you can pre-pay for your electronic filing.
To pay-as-you-go using your credit card:
- Click on Preparer.
- Point to Master Information, then select a product (i.e. 1040-Individual)
- Click on the Preparers tab. Choose the Preparer Name for the person e-filing, and click Edit. (For multiple preparers, repeat these steps for each preparer who will submit e-files.)
- Click on the Electronic Filing Info tab, and enter the information.
NOTE: Credit card information entered on this screen is used during the e-file process, so that credit card information does not need to be re-entered for each electronic return.
To set up Prepaid Electronic Filing, call our sales office at 1-800-573-4287, and choose
- Unlimited Federal and State e-filing; or
- Prepay in increments of $25 for Federal and $10 for State
Be sure to ask about any current pricing specials when calling to place your order.
After purchasing your pre-paid e-file package, follow the same steps listed above to enter your e-file payment information in the program. Be sure that the EFIN and Password you enter, are the same EFIN and Password you provided at the time you purchased your prepaid package. This is NOT your Customer ID and account password. If you have forgotten the EFIN and Password combination you provided, contact us through our Customer Service Request Form, and we will send the information to you through e-mail.
IMPORTANT: Unlimited e-file pricing begins AFTER the unlimited package has been paid in full. No refunds will be issued for any returns filed PRIOR to purchasing the unlimited return filing package.
