For larger practices with higher volume, we offer an economical one-time free—only $350 for unlimited federal e-file and $150 for unlimited state e-filing*. - E-filing returns is simple. Just click the electronic filing button in your TaxACT Preparer's 1040 Edition, and the program guides you through the process.

- Your clients receive their refunds faster. Plus, e-filing is the only filing method in which the IRS provides you with confirmation that your client's tax return was safely received.

NOTE: An EFIN (Electronic Filing Identification Number) is required to file electronically using TaxACT Preparer's Edition. To apply for an EFIN, complete Form 8633 "Application to Participate in the IRS e-file Program".
