There are many reasons why a Republic Bank application could be rejected. If your application is rejected, you will receive an email stating why the application was rejected. 

Most common rejects are for PO Boxes and incorrect personal identification information (driver’s license, state license, military id, etc.). Incorrect personal identification information rejects can arise if the information for the primary ID is the same as the secondary ID, or because improper issue and expiration dates were entered. 

The bank application can be corrected by sending an email to support@taxactservice.com (Attn: EF Mgr - Bank App Info) with the correct information. As long as the information is received in a timely manner, there will be no delay in your refund.
