A cookie file is used to identify you while you are using a site and when you return to a Web site. The cookie file is written to your hard drive and you can delete it at any time. A cookie file only contains the following information:

  • that you visited the Web site
  • the time that you visited the site
  • the pages you visited
  • the Username or Customer ID that you last used to access the site.

A cookie file does NOT contain any personal information about you. It simply points to a user name or Customer ID in our database that holds the information you entered the previous time(s) you visited. The only way to gain access to the database where you store your information is to enter your password.

Your browser will have a setting to determine whether you are allowing cookies to be written to your hard drive. For instructions to enable cookies, use the link below to visit the homepage for your browser.
