Updating Your Credit Card Information

To update your payment information (which can only be updated for an existing pre-order):

  1. Sign in to your TaxAct Account online.
  2. Click Orders and Downloads, then click update credit card information (you might need to scroll down).
  3. Click Order ID, and continue with the on-screen steps to update your payment information.
