If you are able to sign in to your TaxAct Account online:

  1. Sign in to your TaxAct Account online.
  2. Click My Preferences. Your username is visible next to Username, and your password can be managed next to Password.
  3. Click Manage next to Password, and continue with the on-screen steps to reset your password.
