Look Up Username or Reset Password

If you need to:

  • Reset your password, or
  • Retrieve all usernames associated with your email address

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the sign in page
  2. Click Forgot Username or Password?.



  3. Enter your email address, username, or phone number in the search box. Click Send Code.

    TIP: If you enter your phone number, be sure to include your 3-digit area code. (Standard text message rates apply).



  4. If you enter your email or username, you should expect a verification code by email:
    • It can take a minute or so for the code to arrive
    • Check all junk, spam, or other folders

    If you enter your phone number, your verification code will arrive by text message:
    • It can take a moment for the code to arrive

  5. Enter the verification code you receive.



    TIP: If you enter your email or username, you can copy the code sent to your email and paste it into any box on the verification code screen.

  6. After entering your verification code, you’ll see a list of all usernames associated with your email address or phone number. You can choose to immediately access an account or reset your password.

    NOTE: If you searched for your account by username, you’ll be immediately prompted to change your password. After you change your password, you’ll receive an email confirming that your account password has successfully been updated.
