Open your TaxAct return and repeat the Filing steps. You will be prompted for your e-filing payment information within the Filing tab.
You will need to complete the filing step to its fullest extent by clicking on the Filing tab and answering each of the questions. To submit your return you will need to click on the Submit E-file button at the end of the filing process. Until you do so the return has not yet been submitted electronically.
If you are using TaxACT Online:
Sign in using your Username and Password. You will then need to Open your return in order to complete the filing steps in the software. You will be prompted for your payment information within the Filing tab.
