If you are expecting a verification code by email:
  • It can take a minute or so for the code to arrive
  • Check all junk, spam, or other folders
  • Conversations may be grouped by threads – expand all
  • If you use other accounts, check those inboxes as well
If you’re expecting a verification code by phone/text:
  • It can take a minute or so for the code to arrive
  • Be sure you entered your full number, including 3-digit area code
TIP: If you entered your username after clicking Forgot Username or Password?, we'll send your verification code by email.

If you didn’t receive a verification code after a few minutes:
  • Click Resend Code, or
  • Click Enter email or phone instead
