If you opted to receive the code via email, be sure to check your spam folder.

If you need a new code or did not receive a code:

  1. Go to and enter your username and password.

  2. Check the email or mobile phone associated with your account for your code and enter it in the Account Verification window.

  3. If you didn't receive a code, click the Resend code link.

  4. You will be prompted to check your email or text messages for the new code. Do so, then click OK.
Reminder: Emailed verification codes are valid for 2 hours. If your code expires, simply request a new one following the steps above.
