Change My Password in My Account
To update your TaxAct Password or the answers to Security Questions when you have access to the account:
- Sign In to your TaxAct Account
- Click the My Preferences tile
- To change your password, click manage next to Password
- To change your security questions and answers, click Change Questions and Answers in the Security Questions and Answers section.
