PayPower - Add a Cardholder for Married Filing Joint Taxpayers
If you filed a joint tax return this year, and chose to receive your refund on the PayPower Card, please make sure that all names on your joint return match the card holder names on your account to avoid any delays in receiving your refund. You can add the name of your spouse by accessing your online PayPower account and adding a secondary cardholder here, under My Cards settings.
Step 1:
Go to the PayPower website and Login to your PayPower Account.
Step 2:
Click on My Cards to expand the section.
Step 3:
Add your spouse as a Cardholder.
