Access or Print the Application Summary from IRS e-Services
1. Go to www.irs.gov and click on "for Tax Pros" at the top of the page.
2. Click on "Access e-Services".
3. Click on the Login button to access the e-services login page.
5. On the Select Organization page, select the radio button next to your firm's name. (Firm name should be listed under Individual.)
6. Select Application.
7. Click on e-File Application.
8. Click on Application Summary.
9. At the bottom of the Application Summary, click the link for Print Summary, and print to a PDF. For instructions on how to submit your EFIN for verification, please see this FAQ
