A TaxAct® Online Username is the unique identifier to an account and therefore cannot be changed once the account has been established.

If you would like to use an account with a different Username, you may simply create a new account by visiting TaxAct Online and choosing the account type desired.  You would then be required to register again at which time you can select the new Username.
