Within your online account you have the option to add the Data Archive Service (DAS) feature when proceeding through the filing step. If you have added DAS by accident and would like to remove it before proceeding with filing, you can follow these steps:
1. Locate and click on My TaxACT in the upper right hand corner of your account
2. Scroll down and click on the link labeled TaxACT XXXX Data Archive Service (DAS) (XXXX = Product Year)
3. Click No
Once you have completed the steps above, you will be able to continue through the filing steps (clicking on the blue filing tab labeled "Filing") without it prompting for the DAS payment.
