If you have selected to use the TaxACT Online Ultimate Bundle, this allows you to prepare and file one federal and one state return. At the time you choose to print or e-file your federal or state return, our system will bill you the price of the TaxACT Online Ultimate Bundle.

If you elect not to file your state return using TaxACT, please complete a Service Ticket and we will be happy to issue a refund for the state fee. If the state return has been printed, we would not be able to issue a refund.

If you choose to file your state return with TaxACT after we have processed a refund, you will be charged for the state return again. If this fee is processed a second time, it will be non-refundable.
