Please make note of your exclusive Username and Password, and keep them on file for future access to your TaxACT Online return. We will NEVER e-mail your exclusive Password or verify it with you over the phone. Due to stringent security measures, our representatives are not capable of accessing that private and secure information.

If you have forgotten or misplaced your Password, and cannot remember the answer to the secret question, you will need to start a NEW return as the secret question is the final piece of verification needed to change any information on your account.
