Topic:  Error - Must have Internet Explorer 5.5 or later


If you have received the above error message when attempting to electronically file your return, you will need to either update or install Internet Explorer 5.5 or later. Electronic Filing requires you to have Internet Explorer 5.5 or later installed. Our software utilizes one of the modules in Internet Explorer to create the file that is transmitted.

You don't have to use it, but you do have to have it installed.

You can get an update or the latest version of Internet Explorer from Microsoft®
