You can input additional W-2s from the W-2 summary screen in the TaxACT program. After you have completed entering your information from the first W-2, click Add on the screen titled Wages - W-2 - Summary. This screen will continue to appear after each W-2 is entered. When you are finished entering all of your W-2s, click Continue.

To navigate directly to this screen:

  1. Click the Federal Q&A tab
  2. Click Wages and Salaries to expand the category, then click Wage income reported on Form W-2
  3. Click Add to create an additional Form W-2
