That information allows us to add you to our customer database and set up a user account for you. If you have an existing account, please indicate that within your email communication to us.
Unfortunately, we are unable to mail any packages outside of the U.S., so downloading is your only format alternative when ordering our desktop software products.
We strongly recommend our TaxACT Online software.This is an especially useful option for those that live outside the United States and have access to the Internet. By using the online edition, you avoid the hassle of saving, securing, and backing up your return on your hard drive. Your TaxACT Online return is completed on our website (TaxACTOnline), and then stored on our secure servers.
TaxACT online is available in a preview version the first week of October to allow you to get an early start. The final version is released in January.
