We were recently made aware that the Indiana Department of Revenue's filing system is still not ready to accept forms for testing and approval. TaxACT submitted the applicable information to the state in a timely manner; however, we cannot allow taxpayers to print and mail these returns prior to the state approving the form. Unfortunately, Indiana does not support the e-filing of partnership returns, therefore, you will need to wait to file the Form IT-65.

The Indiana DoR is expecting to complete a system update in the next few weeks*. TaxACT will update the Indiana Partnership program as soon as the form has been approved by the state. We appreciate your patience.
