View Client Billing Report - Electronic Filing Manager

TaxACT offers two options to check your client billing report.

From within the TaxACT Preparers program:
  1. Click on the Electronic Filing Manager tab (if you are in a clients return, press CTRL+Q on your keyboard)
  2. Click on the Refresh button (two arrows in upper left hand corner) to download the latest information from our website
  3. You will now see To view your electronic filing billing report (based on your EFIN/Password), click here
From the TaxACT Preparers website:
  1. Go to the Client E-File Status page
  2. Enter your Electronic Filing Identification Number (EFIN) and Password and click Continue
  3. When you get to the screen titled TaxACT Preparer's Electronic Filing Report, you will see a line of text that reads: To view your electronic filing billing report (based on your EFIN/Password), click here. You will need to click on the here link.
