Technical Support Representatives
We are currently seeking individuals to join our support center team as Technical Support Representatives for the upcoming tax season. Representatives will answer incoming phone calls and email correspondence from customers with questions related to the technical operations of the TaxACT product line and electronic filing processes. Technical Support will also assist with incoming calls from customers with product questions, shipping or billing related questions, or that need to place an order.
Many answers to the technical questions asked by TaxACT customers will be retrieved from a database of frequently asked questions (FAQs) and alternate resource materials.
The ideal candidate will be upbeat with great written and oral communication skills, ability to work in a fast paced environment, and have exceptional attention to detail. The candidate will need to work well in a team environment. Experience with troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues, along with a broad working knowledge of computer operating systems and the Internet is required.

Customer Service Representatives
We are currently seeking individuals to join our support center team as Customer Service Representatives for the upcoming tax season. Representatives will answer incoming phone calls and email correspondence from customers that have shipping or billing related questions, or need general company information. Customer Service will also answer incoming phone calls and email from customers with product questions, or that need to place an order.
The ideal candidate will be upbeat with excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to work in a fast paced environment, and have exceptional attention to detail. Previous customer service phone experience is required. The candidate will need to work well in a team environment. Customer related e-mail correspondence experience is a plus. Microsoft Windows and basic computer and Internet knowledge is required.
